In New Pepperton, you work as the barista at Papa's Mocharia while a year-long film follows the coffeehouse. Your routine combines several hands-on stations: brew espresso, steam and froth milk, layer drinks with powders and syrups, then finish them with toppings, whipped cream, and drizzles. Customers also order custom cannoli, requiring you to select a shell, pipe in the cream, and add garnishes before serving the complete order.

As you rise through the ranks, the shop moves through 12 holidays, bringing new seasonal drink and cannoli requests along with additional syrups, powders, dairy, shakers, creams, and shells. Customer orders can also provide Special Recipes for the Daily Special; mastering 40 of these recipes earns prizes. Phone orders add a delivery element, with a hired Driver taking meals to customers at home. You can play as Allan or Akari or create a custom worker, then coordinate colorful clothing and holiday outfits. Tasks and achievements award 90 Stickers, which can unlock outfits for customers, while lobby furniture and decorations let you change the shop’s seasonal look. Across the progression, 135 customers bring distinct orders and preferences to manage.
