The work is divided among four stations: take orders in the lobby, cook and flip hot dogs and sausages on the grill, add condiments at the Build Station, then pour drinks and pop popcorn. Dragging, swiping, and tapping handle the hands-on preparation, while corner controls help you switch stations and order tickets on smaller screens.

Accurate service earns points, tips, and Mini-Game Tickets. Points raise your level, unlocking toppings and bringing new customers with distinct orders; tips can buy shop upgrades, furniture, and posters. As you advance through 12 holidays, the menu gains seasonal buns, sauces, toppings, drinks, and popcorn, with hockey games filling the stadium during the colder months. Customers can also award 40 Special Recipes, which you can master, serve as Daily Specials, and collect in the Cookbook for bonuses and prizes.
