After missing out on a dream job, you join Papa Louie at Papa’s Bakeria in Whiskview Mall, where you run a busy pie shop for demanding customers. Take each order through several hands-on stages: choose a crust and filling, add a crust design, meringue, or crumble, bake the pie, then finish it with drizzles, shakers, and toppings before serving a slice. Managing the building, baking, and topping stations is the central gameplay loop, with touchscreen controls designed for smaller screens.

As the bakery grows, 12 holidays bring seasonal ingredients, including new fillings, crust designs, syrups, and toppings. Customers can also provide Special Recipes to serve as Daily Specials, with bonuses and prizes for mastering all 40 recipes. Phone orders introduce a delivery option, letting a hired Driver bring pies to customers who stay home. You can play as Timm or Cecilia, or create a custom worker with extensive clothing color combinations, while lobby furniture and holiday decorations provide additional customization. Daily mini-games award more furniture and clothing, and task-based Stickers offer progression rewards, including customer outfits after collecting each customer’s three favorites. The bakery includes 126 customers and 123 ingredients to unlock.
