Another Shadow

Bastian and Carissa’s new home is caught in the return of an ancient curse, but the haunting is not rooted in the house itself. Bastian has been pulled into darkness, and Carissa must find a way to bring him back. Another Shadow is the sixth chapter in the Hidden Town escape-room series, presenting its mystery through a point-and-click adventure with a suspenseful detective story and new characters.

The central mechanic is cooperation across two worlds: actions in one can change what happens in the other, so choices matter as you investigate. Explore rooms, search for hidden objects, interact with people and surroundings, and use inventory items on objects or combine them to create useful tools. Puzzles and riddles appear throughout the house and within one character’s memory. Players can also seek nine hidden shadows as an alternate achievement. The chapter’s story connects with The Ghost Case, Haunted Laia, and Escape from the Shadows, while its artwork and deep soundtrack support the eerie atmosphere. A secret scene adds a parallel Hidden Town story with further puzzles and riddles.
