Metalstorm: Modern Air Combat

Metalstorm: Modern Air Combat is a competitive online shooter centered on real-time 5v5 dogfights. Players battle in Team Deathmatch, Air Superiority, and Elimination, with matches lasting about six minutes. Success depends on positioning, aim, role selection, and coordination rather than simulation-style flight. Maps include icy arctic environments and nuclear facilities, where terrain, cover, and altitude can shape each engagement.

The game offers more than 42 jets divided among five combat roles, including frontline tanks, stealth assassins, recon scouts, sharpshooters, and tactical support aircraft. Each role changes how players approach a fight, while jet statistics such as speed, durability, and guns can be improved across 20 levels. Mods add further customization, and unique abilities can influence the outcome of a battle. Progression also includes daily missions, seasonal Battle Pass objectives, weekly and limited-time events, and a Black Market with squad-based challenges and rewards. Players can join Squadrons, chat with teammates, and compete on Squadron and global leaderboards.
