Everdell

In Everdell, players establish new cities in a fantastical valley as four peaceful seasons unfold. The central loop combines worker placement with strategic card play: send workers to gather Berries, Twigs, Resin, Pebbles, or Cards, then spend those resources to develop your city. Constructions and Critters can provide resources, unlock abilities, and earn points, while card combinations and synergies help shape each city’s growth. A city can contain up to 15 Construction and Critter cards, so every addition contributes to a limited and carefully planned tableau.

Each turn offers one of three choices: place a worker, play a card, or prepare for the next season. Seasonal transitions bring workers back and open the next stage of the year, but the fourth season ends the game when the Winter Moon returns. Buildings, characters, and events add variety to the city-building process, with every card scoring toward the final result. Players can compete against other founders in cross-platform multiplayer, challenge AI opponents, or play through Solo Challenges. After four seasons, the city with the highest score wins.
