Pilgor returns to San Angora, a large open-world island where goats can explore, wreck the surroundings, and get involved in deliberately absurd activities. Players might headbutt civilians, drive without a license, join a yoga class, or search the island for quests, challenges, and secrets. The sandbox supports a playful approach to exploration, with ragdoll physics adding unpredictable reactions to every collision and stunt.

Goat customization is part of the progression, with a broad selection of gear to wear and use as players unleash their goat’s abilities. The cast of playable goats includes unusual varieties such as tall goats, fishy goats, and goats with hats. Multiplayer lets a friend join the mayhem, while seven different mini-games provide structured diversions that can turn cooperation into competition. Whether roaming the island, pursuing its activities, or experimenting with physics and equipment, the game centers on open-ended destruction and comedic chaos.
