Just Desserts: Revenge & Merge

Ella returns to Frostvale and takes on her family’s burned pastry shop while investigating the mysterious fire that destroyed it. The main gameplay loop centers on merging ingredients such as powdered sugar and butter to make desserts, then upgrading recipes to discover increasingly elaborate treats, including the Swan Cake. As the shop is restored, players choose vintage tiles, neon signs, and furniture to shape its appearance.

Decorating and dessert-making also advance the story. Rebuilding each area reveals new clues, while charred photographs, broken ledgers, and cryptic notes help piece together what happened on the night of the fire. Ella’s investigation brings her back into contact with Edward, her former lover, whose role may be that of an ally or an accomplice. Rivals and hidden schemes add further questions as she examines her mother’s mysterious recipe and the family secrets tied to it. Progress combines recipe discovery, shop customization, and clue gathering as Ella works to uncover the truth behind the fire.
