Dead Trigger 2 places you in a zombie apocalypse where survival depends on clearing hordes across a broad first-person shooter campaign. The core loop combines intense firefights with close-quarters combat, letting you use pistols, rifles, shotguns, SMGs, miniguns, rocket launchers, experimental weapons, and brutal tools such as bats, chainsaws, katanas, and machetes. Gadgets including mines, turrets, and lethal chickens add alternative ways to attack.

Between battles, you develop a personal hideout and interact with a Gunsmith, Scientist, Smuggler, Medic, and Engineer. Progression opens 10 regions and 33 battlefields, supported by more than 600 war scenarios and story-driven campaigns. The game also includes touch controls and an enhanced virtual joystick, allowing players to choose their preferred way to aim and move. Outside the main campaign, weekly tournaments take place in dedicated arenas, offering another setting for fighting zombies and testing different weapons and tactics.
