Super Cloner 3D casts the player as a fighter pushing through a long series of enemy-filled levels. The core loop is straightforward: run forward, knock out opponents, overcome obstacles, and grow stronger on the way to the boss at the end of each level. Each boss is presented as the strongest foe in that stage, requiring progress through the enemies that come before it and allowing only one attempt at the final confrontation.

Strength is not the only factor in reaching the finish. Enemies set traps and place hazards such as poisoned food, so players must recognize and avoid dangers instead of charging through everything blindly. Power-ups collected during a run can further increase the fighter’s abilities. The game also includes extensive character customization, with choices for unusual boxing gloves—including skulls and beach balls—and headwear such as Viking helmets and cowboy hats. These options let players create a distinct appearance while they take on varied enemies, traps, and increasingly difficult encounters.
