Hit Master 3D - Knife Assassin casts the player as a spy caught in an ambush, armed with knives and surrounded by attacking enemies. The core loop is straightforward: aim and throw knives at opponents, defeat them one by one, and survive the assault. Enemies come in different sizes and attack in groups, wielding baseball bats or large spanners, so accuracy and quick reflexes are central to every encounter.

The environment offers more than targets. Explosive barrels can eliminate a crowd when struck, while scattered boxes can be broken to slow pursuing enemies. Along the route, players also rescue hostages before making their way to a helicopter. The game presents a series of difficult tasks through an intuitive control scheme and simple interface, with 3D visuals supporting its action-spy setting. Its focus remains on knife throwing, situational timing, environmental interactions, hostage rescues, and reaching the extraction point alive.
