Makeup Stylist: Makeup Game places you in the role of a makeup artist helping a variety of male and female characters with their beauty and styling needs. The makeover process is organized into three stages: skincare, makeup, and dress-up. You can select color combinations, experiment with beauty ideas, and draw inspiration from current trends while creating a look that fits each character and setting.

The main loop centers on mixing and matching cosmetics, accessories, and clothing to produce different transformations. Nearly 100 makeup kits provide a broad selection of beauty options, and their combinations can be used to create more than 1,000 styles. The game also includes realistic ASMR-style makeover effects intended to accompany the salon activities. Diverse characters, backgrounds, and makeover concepts give each session a different starting point, while repeated styling lets you explore your own creative preferences and improve as a makeup stylist. Progress is framed around developing your skills and working toward becoming a fashion designer, with the focus remaining on hands-on customization rather than a separate competitive mode.
