Descenders

Descenders is a downhill freeriding game built around procedurally generated courses. Each run presents new jumps, slopes and steep hillbombs, so riders must react to changing terrain while controlling subtle bike movements through a physics-based system. Players can link whips, scrubs and other tricks for larger scores and combos, but repeated crashes carry serious consequences and can end a run’s progress.

The central progression revolves around earning Rep by riding boldly and showing technical skill. Rep contributes to an online profile and can unlock new bikes, clothing and team rewards. Players choose one of three teams—Enemy, Arboreal or Kinetic—each associated with a different riding style, from trick-focused to off-road or speed-driven. Team apparel and exclusive gear reflect that choice, while individual Rep adds to the team’s total and helps determine which side receives prizes. The ultimate challenge is to survive the game in one continuous run and earn a place among the legendary Descenders.
