The threats vary from lava waves and enormous 100,000-meter waves to radiation storms and snakey tsunamis, giving each escape a different hazard to overcome.

The game centers on a collection-driven survival loop. Search the world for Brainrots, uncover secret MemeRots, and bring your catches home safely rather than leaving them behind in the disaster. Money earned during play can improve your gear, increase your running speed, and expand how many Brainrots you can carry. With dozens of creatures to find and a range of deadly tsunami types to face, progression combines building a larger collection with preparing for faster, more demanding escapes.
